Reservations: A minimum of 1/2 the rental fee is requried before items are reserved. This payment is not refundable if your event is canceled for any reason. The minimum of half down is for party rentals not equipment. Payment: Rental fees are due in advance, on or before delivery or pick up by customer. Delivery: Delivery rates are based on first floor delivery to your door. Additional charge is made for other then first floor delivery, set up and take down of equipment, excessive time involved, and areas not easily accessible to the delivery vehicle. Goods for return should be disassembled and available to the driver. Rates are for one (1) day or weekend. Items can be picked up Friday after 2:00pm and returned Monday morning. Rates are subject to change without notice. Store Hours: Monday through Friday: 7:00am to 5:00pm Saturday: 7:00am to 12:00pm |
